Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within Lulu. This removes your account and associated journal data from our active services, subject to reasonable processing time and limited retention for backups, security, or legal requirements. If you cannot access the app, email us for help.
Pet profiles & health records
Create separate profiles for your pets and keep daily care, reminders, weight, symptoms, medications, appointments, and other health records organized in one place.
PDF reports
You can generate PDF reports from your pet’s journal data and share them using your device’s sharing options. Please review reports before sharing and choose recipients carefully.
Notifications & reminders
Lulu uses your device’s local notification system for reminders you enable. You can change notification access in your device settings. Reminders are for convenience and are not medical alerts.
